·         The Trademark Registration Application Form and the Trademark Photocopy Form and the Trademark Advertisement Form

·         A photocopy of the Certificate of Registration

·         A Civil Affairs Identification Card/ passport for non-Jordanians.

·         A private or legal power of attorney.

1.        Obtain and fill out the forms, attach the required stamps and register the application with the directorate’s bureau.

2.        The application and the attachments are assessed, and the fees are set and paid to the treasurer.

3.        An application-received notice is issued and is handed to the applicant who is given an appointment for accepting or rejecting the registration application.

4.        The application is referred to the person authorized to approve or reject the registration application.

5.        The applicant is notified of the approval and registration of his/her application and the publishing fees are set for the applicant to pay to the treasurer.

·         Twenty dinars in registration fees.

·         One hundred fils in stamps.
