·         The Trade Profession Declaration Form

·         A valid Civil Status Identification Card

·         A trade register for the company that requests a Trade Name Registration.

1.        Obtain and fill out the Trade Profession Declaration Form, attach the required stamps and submit it to the responsible employee.

2.        The application is verified, the registration fees are set and paid by a receipt.

3.        The required corporation or company name is checked for similar names, the required service information is registered, and the necessary certificate is prepared.

4.        The certificate is referred to the authorized signatory for verification and signature, and is handed over to the applicant.

·         The Industrial Register in the Ministry’s headquarters in Al-Abdali.

·         The Trade and Industrial Registers in the Ministry’s directorates in governorate centers.

·         One hundred and fifty fils in stamps.

·         Registration fees according to the sole proprietorship company’s capital category.

·         Three hundred and fifty fils in trade name fees.

The company’s authorized representative must sign the Trade Name Registration Form before a Justice of Peace.
