1.       A petition submitted by the applicant, to be stamped at the Registry.

2.       Valid Civil Affairs Identification Card

1.       Receipt of the petition submitted by the applicant.

2.       Investigate the name of owner of land for which a title deed is to be issued.

3.       Refer the application to the accountant to pay fees.

4.       Receipt of the red payment voucher.

5.       Sign the title deed certificate and hand it to the relevant party.
